Welcome to our cozy vacation rental apartment in Grado Pineta! This charming house is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a memorable getaway. With its convenient location just a short distance from the beach, only 30 metres, you'll have easy access to the crystal-clear waters and golden sands.
Inside, you'll find a spacious and comfortable living space. The house features 2 bedrooms, providing ample space for up to 4 guests. The well-equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer and microwave is ideal for preparing meals and the lounge area offers a cozy space to unwind after a day of exploring. To complete the apartment, a windowed comfy bathroom with a shower over bath.

We understand that pets are an important part of your family, which is why we are happy to welcome your furry friends to our rental:
1 pet allowed: 20eur per pet/stay.

You can also take advantage of the free parking available on-site, providing added convenience during your stay.
For your comfort, the house is partially air-conditioned, ensuring a pleasant temperature throughout your visit.
While internet access is not available, take this opportunity to disconnect and truly relax. Spend your days soaking up the sun at the nearby beach, exploring the charming town of Grado, or simply enjoying quality time with loved ones.
