In a quiet holiday home area by Følle Strand you will find this renovated holiday home with a large, cozy garden, which is suitable for playful children. The kitchen is in open connection with the living room, so here everyone can have fun and play games or cook. There are two wood-burning stoves located in the living room and in the activity room, respectively. Three bedrooms. In the activity room with billiards and darts there is also a project and a large screen where the whole family can gather for a good movie. In the garden there is a large wooden terrace with a view over the bay of Aarhus, and on the other side of the house you will find another large terrace, which is completely sheltered. In the driveway there is a Clever 11 kWh type 2 charger, which can be used for all types of electric cars, but you must have a Clever subscription to be able to use the charger. Not for rent to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
