Apartment Teran is located in the center of Porec near the beach and yet surrounded by nature and greenery about 300 m from the sea. First class location!

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a family house and is about 30 m2 in size. The owner lives in the house. The apartment consists of a bedroom, kitchen with dining area and bathroom.
The bedroom of approximately 14 m2 has one large double bed.
Spacious Kitchen of approximately 12 m2 is equipped with kitchen appliances: large refrigerator with freezer, kettle and coffee machine. The apartment has a satellite TV and WI-FI connection. The 6 m2 bathroom has a sink, shower and toilet and guests have a hairdryer.
The apartment has air conditioning.
In front of the building is a terrace with flowers and a covered seating area and a large barbecue / fireplace for guests to use. Next to the apartment there is one parking space available to guests of the apartment on a public area at no charge.
Pets are allowed for extra price of 8 €/day , you pay directly to the owner.
Final cleaning is separately calculated and paid for.
In addition to the excellent location near the sea, in the greenery and in the city center, the apartment offers the possibility of visiting the wine cellar of the host, located in the village near Poreč where the host can organize a wine tasting of Istrian wines and taste Istrian specialties (prosciutto and cheese).
