Holiday home with sauna located close to Øster Hurup town, where there are opportunities for activities for both large and small. The cottage contains a large and bright living room with a sloping ceiling in open connection with the kitchen. The house is heated by means of air / air heat pump and wood stove. Furthermore, two bedrooms, large loft with the possibility of sleeping space, bathroom, sauna and annex with two sleeping places with access to the house's second bathroom. Lovely south / west facing grounds, where there is plenty of space for play and ball games on the partially enclosed grounds. Not for rent to youth groups.
