It sleeps 4 people in two bedrooms, a king-size double with an en-suite shower room and a neat room with bunks. Fresh, light and open plan, there's a living/dining room and kitchen area all with panoramic sea views. Outside is a small lawned garden and at the rear a stunning patio with sea views along the peninsula. Glenavon is perfect for a family holiday in Cornwall.

Note: From the road, access to Glenavon is via 100m of uneven coastal footpath followed by 70 steps. It is not suitable for guests with limited mobility. Note: Due to the open nature of the rear garden, this property is not suitable for children under 8 and older children and pets must be under close control at all times. Note: This property has a 4pm check in time. Note: Parking spaces are available on the cliff road approximately 300m from the chalet, on a first come, first served, basis - During busy periods, if these are full, an allocated space for Glenavon is available at the top of the hill, approximately 400m further along the road - You can stop to unload luggage at the top of the path leading down to Glenavon
