All-ground-floor. Three bedrooms: 1 x double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 2 x twin bedrooms. Bathroom with full size bath with over bath shower, vanity unit, toilet and shaving point Open-plan living space with fitted kitchen, single oven and gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher, dining area and sitting area with electric fire .

Gas central heating with electric fire. Gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, Blu-ray/DVD player, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent.(please bring own leisure towels). Off-road parking. Decking with outdoor furniture. Two dogs welcome. Please note that the charging of electric vehicles is not permitted at this lodge, the nearest charging point can be found at Booths Supermarket in Windermere.
