Indoor living| Bedrooms & bathrooms
All of the bedrooms exude a certain ethereal elegance and calm which guarantee a perfectly relaxing and rejuvenating stay. The Villa boasts three wonderful bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests in real beds. One more guest can be accommodated in the sofa bed of the living room. The maximum capacity is 8 guests.

The first bedroom of the Villa is located on the ground floor, featuring one queen size bed (1,70x2) lightened with natural light from the window. Additionally, the first bathroom sits on this floor, featuring a walk-in overhead rainfall shower with cabin.

The further two bedrooms of the Villa are located on the first floor, the first bedroom features a queen size bed (1,60x2,00) as well as a single real bed (1,20x2,00) where one more guest can be accommodated. The second bedroom features a king size bed (1,80x2,00) lightened with natural light from the windows. The bedrooms are effortlessly and elegantly furnished promising a blissful night's sleep after the day's busy adventures. There is an en suite bathroom & a shared bathroom on the first floor, both featuring a shower, for those who wish to relax after a long day of exploration!

External Living | Pool & BBQ
The 600m2 outdoor spaces around the Villa, invite you to enjoy the whereabouts and let the clear sky and summer breeze revitalise you! The garden stone walls, the plants, flowers and the part of the lawn covered terrace, create a wonderful environment..

The 30m2 private swimming pool, (1,40 meters deep), is embellished with a special children compartment (0.6 meters deep) for our younger guests. The pool terrace is equipped with sun beds and umbrella, so you can relax all day long enjoying the Cretan sun! Adjacent to the villa next to the pool there is a shaded dining area with BBQ facilities (charcoal) with fridge & sink, offering a stylish al fresco space for enjoying an evening tipple as the sun sets over the sea.

For families with a baby on board, our unique luxury baby-friendly Villa provides luxury self-catering with safety, comfort and parents in mind. An outdoor playground is available for our younger guests, featuring a slide, a seesaw and a swing.

Last but not least, for the sport lovers a ping pong table and a mini basketball court are available outdoors, in order for you to enjoy endless hours of joy and relaxation!

Location Overview
Keano Villa is located in a small settlement just 10 km from Rethymno town, called Agia Triada. The area is ideal for cycling, walking and trekking through the countryside hills and small canyons that surround the area.

Agia Triada Rethymno is a traditional village situated above the a coastal beach resort. You can stroll and discover the village, appreciate the ancient architecture and visit the nearby churches, dated from Medieval and then Venetian periods.

Pigianos Kampos beach, which is the closest beach to the villas, 10 minutes driving, is a vast, sandy and well organised beach, with shallow waters making it ideal for families. It’s a perfectly organised coastal tourist resort, with many sun beds, umbrellas, changing rooms, showers, lifeguards, beach bars, restaurants and water sports.

Locations near Agia Triada include the village of Pigi, Loutra and Adele. The beautiful village of Pigi is located 5 minutes away by car and has all the necessities guests might need such as tavernas and cafes, a mini markets bakery, a grocery shop, two butcher, a hairdressers as well as a pharmacy. A gas station can be found in the nearby village of Adele which is 5 minutes away by car.

Also Rethymno town, offers a great selection of choices in shops, restaurants and anything else you might need and can be easily reached by car within 15 minutes.
