MAGNIFICENT MEDITERRANEAN VILLA IN CALPE (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL. For up to 10 guests.
LAYOUT: The Villa ISABEL, in Mediterranean style, is organized on two floors. As soon as we enter we will find a double room with a bathroom with an en suite shower on our left. To our right there is a courtesy toilet and a little further down there is an independent kitchen with all the necessary elements for the preparation of fantastic meals. Next to this room is the living room consisting of a sofa and a leatherette armchair along with a coffee table and a TV. On the other side of the villa we have access to a second living room consisting of two sofas and two leatherette armchairs with capacity for all guests. Next to them is a small marble table and a television. Right next to it is a dining table and chairs with panoramic views of the landscape. Going down the interior stairs we reach the lower floor. On this floor we can use the billiards located in the living room with access to the terrace at the pool level. We can also find the four remaining bedrooms. They all have an en-suite bathroom with a shower except one that has a bathtub.
EXTERIOR: Upon entering the property, we will be able to park several vehicles in the uncovered garage spaces. Taking the path to our right we will access the playground where there is a park for children. Under the porch we will find an outdoor dining table with several chairs. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers which will allow us to enjoy an excellent bath. On the other side of the villa we will find a ping pong table at our disposal. the villa A large swimming pool with several sun loungers around it to enjoy the weather and sunbathe. A playground will delight the little ones, and it is at our disposal. From the circular living room upstairs we can access a terrace with a magnificent view of the sea, formed by a table and chairs next to the barbecue to prepare perfect grills with family and friends. The villa is surrounded by trees and plants typical of the Costa Blanca region.
SITUATION: Villa ISABEL is located in a quiet and residential area of Calpe. It offers peace and quiet with views of the sea and the hills of the region. It is a few minutes from all services such as restaurants, supermarkets and CALPE activities.
