This newly completed cosy one bedroom apartment is an ideal 'getaway' location , particularly in low season. With it's heated indoor pool, turkish bath,sauna and fireplace it offers great accommodation for couples wishing to relax and soak up the beautiful views across Kalkan Bay.
The property has a large open plan living/dining area which opens on to a large dining balcony with brick-built BBQ and fabulous sea views . The property has air-conditioning , wifi, and a fireplace for cooler months.
The double bedroom, with its en-suite bathroom, is located to the rear of the property, and has a large picture window to the lounge area in order to take advantage of the views.
The indoor pool is some 7 x 3 metres and has a depth of 1.55 metres. There is a super wifi music system in this are which guests may connect to their phone and listen to their favourite ballads whilst relaxing in this unique space. The Sauna and Turkish bath are located adjacent to the pool area allowing guests to plunge directly into it. Pool heating is available at an extra charge of 4500 TL per week. N.B the pool is heated to a maximum of 30 degrees centigrade for reasons of hygeine.
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 5 nights or less there is an additional charge of 500 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
