This tranquil space is bordered by beautiful flowers and shrubbery and is home to two patio areas both with outdoor tables and seating, plus a charcoal barbecue. Three steps lead down to the lawn area with a garden shed which houses the freezer.

Due to the open nature of stairs, Knoll Cottage does not accept children under the age of five. Babies who are not yet crawling/walking are accepted
Accessed by a steep staircase, Bedroom 2 is open plan with an adjoining ensuite bathroom. Due to the open stairs, this room is unsuitable for young children
The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk
No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property
This is a period property with character features including low beams, multiple floors and sloped ceilings on the second floor
A small quantity of consumables are provided (eg; tea, coffee, sugar, dishwasher tablets, soap, washing-up liquid, toilet rolls etc.)

The maximum occupancy for this property is four guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by one additional infant
