This Niru Experience 2 bed | 2 BA property is a block away from grocery stores and just a 10-15 minute walk to Westfield and Holland Parks. Set in the heart of the prestigious, zone 1 district of Earl's Court/Chelsea, you're just 8 mins walk away from the nearest Tubes (Earl’s Court) with the Natural History Museum, V&A, Science Museum, & the iconic Royal Albert Hall all just around the corner. There are lots of lovely cafes, pubs and restaurants within a very short walking distance.

Perfect for your stay in Central London! This is a newly renovated and furnished two king bedroom, two en-suite bathroom apartment of around 1075 sq ft (100 sq m) in one of Kensington and Chelsea’s most beautiful and bustling areas. Once inside, this home is a perfect place for families and groups, this home features a cosy living room with bursts of colour, an opulent well- equipped kitchen and spacious rooms filled with various artworks sourced from our travels around the world. Living room has many games and a book shelf with just under 100 books for your inner librarian. Relax on the sofa, hang out with your friends, make yourself at home! It’s a welcoming and inviting space where you can kick back. The bedrooms are perfect for a great night’ sleep and have a desk for studying or working from home. The patio area is furnished with fairy lights, BBQ and stylish, eclectic living area providing a homely, fun space for family time.

For the laundry fanatics, there is a washer-dryer in the kitchen tucked into a built-in cupboard in the kitchen plus a steam iron and ironing board are there for your use.

Last but not the least, there is a garden straight from the living and dining area to a beautiful fully furnished garden space for fresh air. Perfect for spring and summer, but even in the winter time, London does get quite a few sunny dry days and the space is a perfect south-facing sun trap to enjoy the winter sunshine.

Please let me know if you need any special arrangements for children, we can provide a baby cot, bath, high chair on request, etc for a small fee.

Staying in this luxury Earl’s Court home will make your trip to London a truly memorable experience.

You will have private access to the entire property. Because the home comes with a key box, you’ll be able to check in any time after 4 pm, but please be mindful of noise after 11 pm.

The garden is private, fully fenced and secure. It’s accessed via the kitchen and master bedroom. We live nearby if you should need us, but otherwise you will be left to feel at home.

There is no daytime parking outside the property. You can park on the street overnight after 6:30pm on Monday - Friday until 8:30 am next day; on Saturday you can park after 6:30pm and Sunday parking is free all day. Remember, parking restrictions start from Monday 8am again.

We certainly love to make sure your stay is as smooth as possible. In order to do this, we kindly ask that you inform us immediately after making the reservation of your arrival and departure times.

For bookings longer than 10 days we charge a mid-stay clean. This is the same cost of the standard cleaning fee and it includes linen and towel change.

As an alternative, you can always use other services for your storage needs.

As much as we all like to shake a leg, absolutely no parties are allowed! It's a residential building and our neighbours need to be respected. There is CCTV outside the property. A noise detector is installed inside the property to prevent nuisance. Tampering with security systems or anti-nuisance controls is not allowed. If you do not follow this rule, you would be asked to leave the property with no refund and all of your deposit will be charged.

- Quiet hours 10pm - 8am.
- NO unregistered guests/visitors are allowed to enter the property. Please make sure you book for the right number of people. You will be asked to leave with no money back if you invite an unregistered visitor.

- If you wish to book for more than 5 guests, this would need to be arranged with us prior - please send us a request.

- Please no shoes in the apartment. Take them off after entering.

- Please keep in mind that each home is unique – as you are staying at someone else’s home and not a hotel, the space and amenities will be different at each place.

- Please treat the home with the respect that you would treat your own, we dedicate a lot of time and care to it, so please respect the rules, the space and the neighbours.
We would really appreciate it if you tell us about any damage or breakages so that we can deal with these issues as soon as they arise.

- Pets may be considered (below 25 pounds) - Please let us know prior to your reservation if you will be bringing in pets. Pet fee is £50

- NO parties or events allowed, NO smoking and NO use of Illegal substances (drugs, eg.)

- NO loud noise or music from 11:00 pm to avoid complaints with the neighbours.
Again - please use common sense here.

Great location near Earl's Court T
This was a great home base from which to visit London. The owners were very accommodating - letting us into the property early as we arrive at 7:00 AM as well as arranging limousine service to and from the airport. It was so nice to come back from a long day of sightseeing and be able to relax in an apartment rather than a hotel room - and more economical as well!

Exceptional stay here for 8 nights
We thoroughly enjoyed our recent 8 night stay! The apartment is extremely well kept. The living area and kitchen are so very accommodating that we felt at home after Long days of activities. The 2 bedrooms feature separate bathrooms . The furniture is top quality. We would recommend this property For any occasion! Nick is a top notch host! 💂🏻‍♂️💂🏻‍♂️👍👍👍👍👍
