The historic town of Dartmouth is approximately a 10 minute drive however, it is also on a main bus route if you didn't wish to use the car.

Outside:  Small patio area with table and chairs overlooking the sea.
Parking:  1 Designated car park space is available free of charge.

Pets:  Pets are not accepted at this property.
Security Deposit:  This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £150, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.  
Notes: The washer/dryer in the communal area takes £1, 50 and 20 pence coins. Not suitable for under 5's. No Pets. Be careful of unguarded steps to the rear of property.
