The Villa is a unique vacation villa set in elite neighborhood of Lozica, on a very peaceful location and only 10 minutes away from Dubrovnik’s bustle. It’s perfect position makes it convenient for discovering the beauty of the surrounding Elaphites, Peljesac, Mljet and Korcula and private mooring in front of the villa offers a possibility to explore it with yacht.

The Space:
Interiors of the Villa enjoy plenty of daylight thanks to the large windows and refined use of white throughout the villa. Sophisticated materials and details, such as Swarovski chandeliers, Persian rugs, marble flooring, famous art and sculptures contribute to its luxurious, yet welcoming atmosphere.

Upon entrance to the villa from the parking area, there is an elegant, open concept foyer which spreads on two levels. Office area with enchanting sea views is only few steps elevated from the foyer and next to it, there is a well equipped fitness room to help you stay active during your holiday. The lower level comprises a chic living room with a 60” TV and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a custom made table for 12. Exiting from the dining area, spacious terraces with designers furniture, infinity swimming pool and outdoor dining area on the adjacent shaded terrace offer complete relaxation and stunning views to the shimmering Adriatic sea.

The Villa features 5 luxurious double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, accommodating 10 guests in bedrooms and 2 additional guests on pull-out sofas. Three bedrooms are positioned on the west side and two, separate guest units on the east.

As everything else, sunbathing and swimming are also a special experience at this Villa . Large infinity swimming pool with outdoor lounge and terraces overlooking the sea and stone staircase leading to the sea and the pier are a special highlight that add up to the feeling of true privacy. Boats up to 15 meters can access here and there is a boat dock available for the villa’s guests.

At the Villa everything can be tailor made for its guests, as villa manager is on disposal during the whole stay. The only limit at the Villa is the horizon.
