The living room has large French doors that open onto the outside terrace, a Smart TV and a large Bluetooth speaker. The kitchen is fully equipped featuring a breakfast bar, built in dishwasher and fridge, with a Nespresso coffee machine and a large variety of all necessary utensils. The dining room has seating for four people. There is also a downstairs toilet next to the kitchen.
