There is a ski lift at 700 m and ski bus at 100 m providing easy access to SKI-Optimal Hochzillertal. You can reach the lake at 5 km and public swimming pool at 1 km to enjoy a dip. The lively nightlife is very near at 1 km. Enjoy the local cuisine from restaurants at 100 m. The town centre is at 12 km and there is a supermarket at 700 m.

Central heating keeps the interiors warm. The apartment provides modern kitchen, bedrooms with quality mattresses, ski boot heaters and ski storage. You can enjoy the view and relax outdoors in the terrace. Cot, free WiFi, parking and space for 2 pets for a small fee are also arranged.
