Villa Rafaella 1 is a beautiful villa, located in Koskinou Village, which offers a private swimming pool. The property is only a 7-minute drive away from Kallithea beach and at a short drive from the city of Rhodes. On the ground floor there are 2 fully air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with 2 single beds. Also, there is a bedroom on the first floor. This bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. In addition, there is a bathroom with a bathtub and another 2 bathrooms with showers. The villa offers an open plan kitchen, fully equipped for any meal preparation and a comfortable living area with the sofa and the seating area. Outdoors, there’s the beautiful private swimming pool and a pool table. Also, there’s an incredible sitting area and BBQ facilities to enjoy a gathering with your friends or your family. Koskinou is a beautiful village built on the top of a hill overlooking the east coast of Rhodes. At the lively main square of the village, you can find many shops, traditional restaurants, pharmacies etc. You shouldn’t miss visiting Kallithea Springs, only 7 minutes far from the villa. Old Town of Rhodes, an important UNESCO monument of cultural heritage is located less than a 20-minute drive. The magnificent ancient acropolis of Lindos overlooking the picturesque village with the narrow streets and traditional white houses is approximately half hour drive too.
