La Farella 60 - apartment with balcony

Located in a quiet area, close to the centre and about 600 metres from the Port de Llançà beach. Outside balcony with views of the area where you can relax.

You go up stairs outside to get to the apartment which is all on one floor with access to the outside area. There is a lounge-dining room with sofa, TV, table, chairs and cupboards, with direct access to the balcony. Kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances and washing machine. One double bedroom with a double bed, and two double bedrooms with two single beds. There is a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The balcony goes round the outside of the apartment and has outdoor furniture: table and chairs, to relax and read or have meals outside during your stay.
