Villa Piana is located in the south of Salento, is surrounded by nature and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests ( sofa bed available in living room)

The villa is about 1500 square meters in total with a two bedrooms house of about 70 square meters.

The house consists of two bedrooms (both air-conditioned, one double and the other with 2 single beds that can become double on request), a complete bathroom with shower and a large living room with built-in kitchen (with oven, complete and equipped), internal fireplace and sofa bed.

THE OUTDOOR AREA

The outdoor area of ??Villa Piana will allow you to spend pleasant moments outdoors.

The wooden patio is well furnished and is the ideal place to dine outside or to relax. The barbecue corner (with gas barbecue) will allow you to organize tasty grills.

The pool area (with above ground pool of 4x3x1 meters) is well furnished with sun beds, deck chairs and umbrella, to cool off during the hottest summer hours or simply to sunbathe.

Most of the garden is covered by lawn and the villa is completely fenced, in order to safely accommodate pets.

In addition there is a service bathroom with washing machine and shower, and large private parking inside the property.
