Johanna 2 is a luxury, three bedroomed apartment, which was renovated to a high standard in 2020.
The Fire place (Bio Ethanol) brings a cosy addition to the thermostatically controlled heating, which runs under the solid oak floors. The bedrooms offer two double and two single beds, all of which are served by one ensuite to the master and one family bathroom, which provides constant hot water.
The fully equipped kitchen caters well for six guests and the bi-fold doors open from a spacious lounge area onto a beautiful terrace, where guests can enjoy endless mountain views. The apartment is at the edge of resort and enjoys a terrace with open mountain views. There is also a reserved parking space for guests' use.
In the basement there is a fitness room and a washing/drying room and a ski cellar.
All flats in the Schönblick Mountain Resort SMR Rauris Apartments & SPA are privately owned and therefore particularly well equipped and very family-friendly. They are characterised by their excellent location.
