The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.

On the ground floor of the property there is a large family lounge comprising of a double sofa bed and large smart TV. Towards the rear of the ground floor is an open plan kitchen dining area boasting an 8 seater dining table and state of the art kitchen including tea, coffee, dishwasher, fridge, hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer & a microwave.

The back garden has a modern feel with a large 7 seater hot tub and decking area with seating for 8 people.

- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There is free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets are permitted at the property, please make us aware ahead of your arrival if you plan on bringing your pet with you. There is a £40 cleaning fee per pet additional charge.
- Hot tub use is from 7am until 10pm each day
