Boasting stunning views from its ideal location just a mile from Swanage town centre, this relaxing park is perfect for exploring the many delights of wonderful Dorset and East Devon. On park we offer free Wi-Fi,play park and laundrette*. Visitors can enjoy the fantastic facilities at the neighbouring park, including a health/fitness club, pool and bar*. Traditional seaside attractions and the Jurassic Coast are on the doorstep!

If you have booked a Friday for 2 night break then you will have a late check out until 7pm on day of departure and Saturday for 2 night breaks will have a check out time of 10am on day of departure.
TRAVELLING TO SWANAGE COASTAL PARK BETWEEN 19TH JULY - 12TH AUGUST 2019 - please be aware during these dates the Sandbanks Chain Ferry will be withdrawn from service. This may have an impact on your journey to the park and you may have to take an alternative route.
Please note, this is a family holiday park, if you are a work party please telephone us to book.
Group bookings under the age of 25 will incur a £150 security deposit payable on arrival. No stag or hen parties are permitted

A holiday here is all about enjoying the great outdoors with its crumbling castles, rocky clifftop paths, and beautiful beaches. Enjoy the stunning scenery in self-contained, self-catering accommodation, some with your very own hot tub. With no shared central facilities and social distancing practices in place, you can relax and unwind and enjoy the perfect hideaway holiday.
Bar and restaurants will be available outside only (10am with last orders at 8.15pm )with deliveries available via the online ordering service. ( App Link TBC)
All services are cashless and payment can only be made by card.

Swimming pools and gym sessions are open on reduced numbers. They are bookable between 7am and 6:15pm 7 days a week. ( Changing facilities, saunas and steam rooms will not be available)
Please note during peak the swimming pool will be adults only between 7am-8am

Typical caravan park rental really
So plus points it was big and quiet great location for our trips and walks around the coast. Fire in front room most welcome. Shower was very good.So it wasnt cleaned as i would like as under seat of toilet was not squeaky clean nor sink in ensuite. Found money under bed £1.20 not complaining but it made me think what else has not been checked.i have not stayed in a caravan before so i didnt know there are no towels i bought my own bed linen and duvet as i like my own but didnt have a towel had to use sheets to get dry after shower, maybe it needs mentioning. It was cold on arrival but we whacked all the heating up it was toasty after an hour. Beds are very small in the other rooms so only for children or size 14 people under 5ft 5. so i slept in double my husband who is a light sleeper slept on sofa bed which is actually more comfortable than the beds. I recommend a mattress topper the beds are not great i need a bit more comfort so we used extra duvets supplied as toppers.On arrival key code did not work so had to go to reception they came with a key to open key code but key wasnt in the key safe so they had to go find a key. Nonone told us about how to get to neighbouring site clubhouse. Feel we could have benefitted from more information. I personally think its worth for 2 people £80 per night not £100. Local pub offers no food in off season. Shops and fish shop close 8pm so you need a car or watch timings. Itscon a very steep hill so walking back up from shop ishard

Good location for Swanage
There were only two of us but the caravan was plenty big enough. The only criticism would be the twin room beds were too small to be comfortable for an adult. Other than that we had a great time!
