This spacious 3 bedroom home, with private pool, sleeps 8 comfortably - your home away from home! It is situated in a safe area of Cascais with lots of typical Portuguese "cafés", restaurants and large supermarket around the corner. Only a 7 minute walk to the center of Cascais and the train station which links Cascais to Lisbon.

Magnificent sea views from various terraces and enough space indoors and outdoors for children and adults to enjoy!

The Space:
This property has 3 levels. On the ground floor, is the kitchen and dining room which leads out to the pool and deck area and a guest bathroom.
On the first level, are the bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a King size bed with ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a shared bathroom with the 3rd bedroom, which is huge, with 4, 90x200 single beds! Excellent for children to have a whale of a time!
The villa offers the use of a tesla charger!
The ideal place for a holiday with family members or friends.

Guest Access:
There is safe parking on the premises.
The bus depot is also close by the train station where you can hop onto a bus and explore the historic city of Sintra - a must!

The bus terminus is also close by the train station where you can hop onto a bus and explore the historic city of Sintra - a must!
Easy walking distance into Cascais but regular buses every 15 minutes for when the sun is to hot!

* Please know that for late arrivals, the following charges will apply:
-For arrival at the property between 20h00 and 23h00 - €25.00
-For arrival at the property after 23h00 - €50.00.
-We are obliged to collect Tourist Tax for the city of Cascais, in cash on each arrival. The fee is 2€ per person per night, with a maximum charge of 14€ per person, children under thirteen are not subject to this tax.
* Parties and loud music are strictly not allowed at any of our properties and actions may be taken should there be any complaints from the neighbours relating to excessive noise.
* Please note, the legal quiet times are between 23:00 to 07:00. Please limit noise (phone calls, TV, etc.)
* Additional guests are not allowed without the express permission of the management agency.
* Pets are not allowed at any of our properties regardless of size or behaviour as it is part of the agreement we have with our owners.
