El Higueron is an exclusive and area on the Spanish Costa del Sol, just a 15-minute drive from Malaga Airport. When you step into the apartment, you are immediately greeted by the wonderful view from the terrace beyond the open floor plan between kitchen and bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen is directly to the right as you step through the door, here you have a dishwasher, stove and oven, a fridge and freezer, coffee maker, toaster and much more to cook during the holidays. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer. From the kitchen and breakfast bar you have a dining table for 4 people, a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people and a large smart TV and internet. From the living room you come out to the wonderful terrace with morning sun and then sun most of the day.  (southwest location).
