The property is specially designed for our travelers in search of the French art of living.

The Space:
The apartment has:

-1 bathroom with a shower and a sink

The apartment is comfortable for 6 people, and a maximum of 8 people.
The sleeping arrangement is organized as follow, all bed and bath linen being provided:
Bedroom 1 with a 5***** double-bed high comfort mattresses
Bedroom 2 with a 5***** double-bed high comfort mattresses
Bedroom 3 with a 5***** double-bed high comfort mattresses
Livingroom : a two people high-comfort sofa bed

The apartment is equipped:
TV, high speed Wifi
a washer dryer, a hair dryer
a nespresso coffee machine, a water boiler, a toaster
a fridge, an induction plate, a microwave, pans and other cooking wares
a baby bed if needed

For information, the apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Guest Access:
Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access of the apartment.

- The apartment is yours.
- You will find the keys of the apartment in a secured box located inside a mailbox
- We will send you the code of the box before your arrival
- Please take some time to carefully read the rules of the apartment in the handbook that we have placed on the table of the kitchen.

The Neighborhood:
Restaurants, Museums, Palace, Galleries, Cafes, Shops, Bars ... the apartment is located in one of the most lively districts of Paris. Everything will be at hand in order for you to fully appreciate the Parisian life. All the most famous monuments of Paris are at walking distance. You will live only 2 minutes walk from the Arc de Triomphe, the Champs Elysée and 10 minutes from the famous rue du Faubourg St-Honoré with all its luxury designer houses such as Hermès, Chanel and Saint Laurent.

Getting Around:
1 mn: Metro Argentine Line 1
10 mn: Indigo Parking Étoile Foch, 8 Av. Foch, 75016 Paris

Other Things to Note:
Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggages in the apartment. The cleaning lady comes to clean the apartment between 11am and 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment.

Check-out / Departure: until 11 am => On the day of departure could you please put the keys back in the keybox number 1.

No breakfast service.
Cleaning service is done before your arrival and after your departure only.
We are in a heritage building with sensitive neighbors. Please be careful during your stay to the house rules :
- no smoking in the apartment or in the building courtyard
- no drugs
- no parties
- no music
- no persons other than those who have registered their identity cards
- no noise in the common areas of the building
- no animals
- no professional photo or video shoots
If one of the above house rules is broken:
A penalty of the full amount of the deposit 5000 euros will be charged.
The reservation will be cancelled as soon as the infraction is noticed and you will no longer be able to stay in the apartment.

In order to ensure that these rules are respected, photos of the identity documents of the people staying in the flat will be requested.

- A separate deposit of 5000 Euros on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48 hours prior your arrival.

Finally, if the keys to the flat are lost, €170 will be charged.

These rules allow us to ensure you have a quality stay in Paris.
