The accommodation is arranged over 3 floors. You are greeted by a traditional Victorian styled entrance hall with a light and airy double bedroom (twin on request) to your left, that has a bay window, high ceilings and Smart TV.
The open plan rustic kitchen-diner is well-equipped. It has a range style electric oven and gas hob, microwave, Nespresso Coffee Machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and has ample seating for 8 people alongside a breakfast bar that seats 3. A separate toilet and washing machine are accessed via the back of the kitchen. A sliding patio door opens out to steps which lead up to a garden surrounded by plants and shrubbery. A terrace area has garden furniture and BBQ.
On the 1st floor there is a lounge with an eye-catching bay window and beautiful sea views , high ceilings and comfortable sofas which are gathered around another Smart TV/DVD with Freeview. 1 double bedroom, a separate WC and family bathroom equipped with basin and over-bath shower comprise the rest of the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor, bedroom 3 is the master and has a king size bed and bedroom 4 is set up as a twin (king on request).
Towels and linen are provided. A patio houses garden furniture to enjoy alfresco dining and there is plenty of on street parking outside the property. Dogs are welcome but on request only and charges apply. 1 travel cot & highchair can be provided on request. There is 1 hairdryer per bedroom and linen is provided, alongside 1 bath sheet & hand towel per guest.
There is plenty of on street parking outside the front of the property. To the rear of the property there is one private parking space on grass. This can be accessed off Worth Road via the private driveway running across the back of the houses. We advise that guests check out the parking space prior to driving down the access road as it is tight.
