This light and airy pet friendly holiday house, just minutes away from the beach in the popular town of Pakefield on the Suffolk Coast, has been extensively renovated ready to welcome guests (including little ones with a travel cot, high chair and baby bath provided) at the end of 2022 for a short break or traditional seaside holiday.

GROUND FLOOR
You're welcomed into the hall way which opens to the living/dining room with an opening from here to the kitchen where double doors take you out to the garden. Stairs rise to the first floor and he wet room is also on the ground floor. Hard flooring runs through the ground floor.
LIVING/DINING ROOM
Simply furnished with a sofa, chair and coffee table positioned so you can watch the TV and, conveniently, a dining tably by the kitchen opening, with four chairs and a stool.
KITCHEN
Light floods into this room through the glazed doors and the window at the side. A beautiful modern kitchen has been installed so you can cater at home with an electric oven and hob with extractor over, a large fridge/freezer, a coffee machine (Nespresso Vertuo which takes large pods, please bring your own), microwave, washing madhine, toaster and kettle plus all the crockery, cutlery and utensils you will need.
WET ROOM
Ideal when you come back from the beach, this room has a shower, WC, wash basin, natural light and a heated towel rail (towels are provided).

Stairs rise to the first floor where you'll find the three bedrooms
MAIN BEDROOM
Wake to a view of the beach in this big and bright bedroom which has a wooden king size bed between bedside tables and storage on a hanging rail with shoe rack.
SECOND BEDROOM
Another lovely light room with a double bed between bedside tables and a hanging rail with a shoe rack beneath.
DRESSING/SINGLE ROOM
Sitting quietly at the back, this room has a quality day bed which can be made up (please be sure to ask in advance) or left as an additional space to have some quiet time with a good book.
ATTRACTIONS
There’s plenty of activities in Pakefield and Lowestoft and the surrounding area for guests of all ages including two piers, Victorian seafront gardens and the Royal Plain Fountains. This holiday home is just a few minutes’ walk from a blue flag award winning sandy beach, and The Jolly Sailors, a landmark pub with amazing view of Pakefield beach and a gorgeous menu full of classic food, family favourites and a few contemporary dishes. There’s a train station and bus station which both run regular services to Norwich. It's also worth looking up the dates for the popular First Light Festival which shines the first light on new and creative talent, building opportunities that support the creative talents of the community, with a vision that by 2030 Lowestoft and its hinterland will be bursting with innovation and creative energy.
