Panoramic House Palma is an Oasis of Relaxation and Wellness just 50 km north of Rome, inside of the Natural reserve of Lake Vico. It is part of a completely fenced-in property of 2000m2 in the Tuscia Viterbese, an ancient territory of northern Lazio, on the border between Tuscany and Umbria. The Holiday house Palma is surrounded by greenery, in an enchanting atmosphere with, in the background, a splendid natural oasis of extraordinary beauty. It enjoys a wonderful panoramic view of Lake Vico. It is tastefully furnished to offer comfort and elegance. The windows of all its rooms open up a spectacular panoramic view of the lake Vico and the surrounding mountains, the Cimini mountains. A few steps lead to the Palma home, arranged on one level. The house, with two entrances and offers three bright double bedrooms, two bathrooms, numerous relaxation areas, hallway with wardrobe room. The two double french doors from the lounge and dining area give access to the garden.
The garden of the Holiday House Palma hosts a splendid wellness area with a maxi hydromassage tub.
Please note: the rental price does NOT include the use of the hot tub. The use of the hot tub is optional, conditions to be agreed with the owner on site.
A large sliding glass door overlooks the terrace equipped with soft deck chairs, where you'll enjoy the cool shade of the grape pergola and a stunning view.
Another terrace, the one adjacent to the dining room, with a wooden pergola, is ideal for organizing typical dinners while enjoying the breathtaking view in front. The panoramic swimming pool 12 x 6 x 1.5m , 20m away from the house, will give you relaxation and refreshment.
The position of the Holiday house Palma will allow you to retreat in the absolute quiet of the nature that embraces it, but also to reach the small historic villages (Caprarola, Bagnaia, Bomarzo) with renowned food and wine traditions. The strategic position of the property allows you to easily reach places of artistic interest such as Viterbo, Bagnoregio, Orvieto, Assisi; the lakes of Bolsena and Bracciano are at 40 minutes away. Rome can be reached by private car, by bus (the bus stop is at 100m ) or by train, in just 50 minutes

Nous avons très bien été accueillis, on a eu des conseils de visite le lieu est très calme et reposant la vue est magnifique il y a tout le confort pour passer d’excellentes vacances … la piscine est très appréciable il a fait très chaud mais les nuits sont rafraîchissantes…je recommande

Wundeschöne FeWo in einer wunderschönen Umgebung

Wir waren als Familie zu viert in dem Ferienhaus. Die einzelnen Ferienwohnungen sind sehr praktisch und liebevoll eingerichtet, bilden jeweils eine eigenständige Einheit, wo man sich ungezwungen aufhalten kann. Der Pool in der FeWo und der Pool in der Außenanlage (mit herrlichem Blick auf den See) ermöglichen, dass man sich in der FeWo super erholen kann. Die Nähe zum See, nach Rom (ca. 2 Std. mit dem Zug) und ans Meer (ca. 1 Std.) ergeben u.a. eine Vielzahl von Möglichkeiten. Sehr, sehr empfehlenswert!

First class - nothing to complain about

We - a family of 3 adaults - have spent 10 days of our summervacation at Villa La Paiola. I short terms : fantastic. On our arrival we were met by the owner Alena - and got a warm welcome followed by an instroduction to the appartment and the surroundings. Her hospitality and helpfullness during the stay was outstanding. The appartment was very clean and everything was in order and well maintained. Cleaning and service during the stay was also very good. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace - both during the day and especially in the evenings with the sunset. Nice to have the jacuzzi and pool nearby. We really appreciated the stay and how we were treated by Alena and the staff - we can definitely recommend Villa La Paiola if you want a quietly and relaxing vacation.

Stunning location and wonderful hosts

The area around Lake Vico is stunning and has not been damaged by tourism, and the villa stands maybe 150 metres above the surface of the lake, surrounded by forest and wild life. Rome was a 40 minute car ride and ten minute Metro ride making a day trip to the city easy. From Ciampino the drive took just under one hour through scenic Lazio. Lake Bracciano is also very much worth a visit, and is not far, taking around one hour to drive around. The villa has everything you need for an enjoyable stay and food at the local Discount D supermarket and Coop is cheap, good quality and local. The week we were there the daytime temperature averaged 33 degrees and it did not rain. The region, climate and friendliness of the people of the region were perfect, and as a bonus many of the local people we met spoke some English. From our patio and Jacuzzi it was impossible to see a single individual human and with the swimming pool overlooking the lake you get the best of both worlds, hot sun and cool breeze. Car parking is shaded, and the grounds are beautifully maintained with automated sprinklers running at night to keep everything green. Elena and Paulo are really excellent hosts, helpful and attentive, always available but not intrusive. The villa was cleaned and fresh linen and towels provided every other day. We cannot recommend them enough and look forward to returning some day.
