Luxury 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment - Louvre

Centrally located in Paris, and very close to the Louvre, this apartment is in a heritage haussmann-style building. The apartment was fully renovated by a French architect, combining its historic features with contemporary design. It is the ideal place to explore the city and its landmarks, enjoy its designer and luxury shops on rue Saint-Honoré, and discover the lovely French cafés, restaurants and bakeries.

The Space:
The apartment includes:

- 1 Dining room with seating for 8
- 1 Fully equipped kitchen
- 2 Shared bathrooms (one toilet included in one of them)
- 1 Separate toilet

The sleeping arrangement is organized as follows:
- Bedroom 1 with a double bed
- Bedroom 2 with a single bed
- Bedroom 3 with mezzanine (1m/3ft high and no window)
- Living room : convertible sofa into a bed for two people

The apartment is ideal for 5 people, and can accommodate up to 7 people.

The apartment is equipped with:
Bath and bed linen, toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper)
High speed Wifi, a TV
a washer dryer, a hair dryer,
a Nespresso coffee machine, a water boiler, a toaster
a fridge, induction cooking plates, a microwave, pans and other cooking wares
a baby bed and high chair if needed

Guest Access:
Important : no elevator in the building

Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access to the apartment.

To get the keys of the apartment:
- You will have to collect the keys in a secure box with a code inside the building
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the first floor

The Neighborhood:
This is a very central and lively neighborhood of Paris. The apartment is located at walking distance from iconic landmarks (Louvre, Champs-Elysées, Opera), and stunning gardens (Palais royal gardens, Tuileries gardens). It is also right by Rue Saint Honoré and Place Vendôme, the ideal places to enjoy Paris luxury shops. Last but not least, the area is filled with restaurants, cafés and bakeries (including Ladurée and Angelina) to make the most of your Parisian stay.

Getting Around:
2 minutes : Metro Station Concorde, Ligne 1, 8, 12
5 minutes : Parking Indigo Paris Place De La Concorde, 3608 Place de la Concorde, 75008 Paris

Other Things to Note:
Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggage in the apartment. The apartment is being cleaned by our housekeeping team from 11am to 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment. Check-out / Departure : until 11am.

- Taking care of the apartment
The apartment has been carefully designed to offer you a haven of peace in the heart of Paris. You are expected to take care of it and return it in the same condition.
Upon your arrival, please report any problem immediately to our teams so that so that we can offer you the best solutions. We recommend you to take photos to identify any potential damage.
After departure, the apartment will be inspected by our teams, and if no damage is identified, the security deposit will be released.

- Respecting the House Rules
Non-smoking zone: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment or within the building premises.
No outside people: Only people whose identity documents have been provided are granted access the apartment.
No parties: Out of respect for our neighbors, we strictly prohibit parties or gatherings that may disturb the peace and tranquility of the community. Additionally, you are asked to respect quiet hours, between 9pm and 8am.
No events or professional photo shoots: The apartment is intended for residential purposes only. Hosting events or gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy of the apartment is strictly prohibited. Likewise, professional photo and video shootings are not authorized within our premises.

In the event of non-compliance with one or more of these rules during your stay, we will be forced to terminate your stay in the apartment, and the security deposit will be kept.

Additionally, please note that:
In the event of loss of apartment keys, €170 will be charged.
Cleaning is carried out only before each arrival and after each departure.

In order to guarantee compliance with these rules:
- You will be asked for photos of the identity documents of the people staying on site
- A separate deposit of 450 Euros on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48 hours prior your arrival
