360 Estates welcomes you to Malta by offering this beautiful, designer apartment in the South of Malta just off the promenade.

Upon entering, are guests are welcomed by this amazing living area with a large dining area with a classic old wooden table, a comfortable sofa and a fully smart TV with access to a private balcony.

Also included, are 2 large, 2 double bedrooms 1 with ensuite, where we made sure to make an extra effort to having a comfortable experience.

Parking Space| Street parking is free of change.

Living Spaces| A massive living area with large sofa, super brand new SMART TV and a private balcony.

Also available is a large dining area which could easily fit 6 guests.

Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge and utensils, everything a family or a group of friends would want to fix a wonderful meal.

APARTMENT is equipped for both short and long term rentals.

Bedrooms| 2 Amazing and spacious bedrooms 2 large beds and a folding bed for the fifth guest.

2 Large bathrooms, one as ensuite and the other accessible from the living area.

Linens| We all love a good night sleep, all bedrooms will be equipped with high end linens and quilts.

NOTE: A mini market and a Pharmacy is available at just a fee meters walking distance from the apartment.

Bathrooms| 2 full bathrooms with Shower and Bath.

Laundry / Washer inside the apartment.

All Electricity and Air con are with coin operators.


Xghajra (pronounced Shayra) is a small village of about 1600 inhabitants located on the eastern coast of Malta, on the outskirts of Zabbar. Xghajra is a Maltese word referring to an open heath, and its pretty seaside location led to its beginnings as a seaside resort for the Maltese living in the older surrounding villages, and it also attracted amateur fishermen. In Summer the population of Xghajra almost doubles.

The earliest known history in this area dates back to 1620, when Grand Master Wignacourt built a watch tower under the name of Tal-Grazzja (Our Lady of Grace). However this tower was demolished in 1888 by the British Colonial Services to make space for a larger Coastal Battery by the same name and which still stands today. To find it, seek out the premises of the Xghajra Local Council.

Xghajra is so tiny that it is easy to explore it all in just a couple of hours. It does not tend to attract many tourists because of its quite remote location, but if you like to go off the beaten track, it can prove to be an interesting trip with a enough pretty landmarks to explore.

Another war-time related place of interest is Wartime gun-post in the Swali Area where you can also enjoy a nice sea-view. Seek out id-Dar tas-Soru (the nun's house) and Saint Rocco Church. The Parish Church of Xghajra, dedicated to St Jacob, was built in 1933.

The bus stop is just up the road from this apartment making it very easy and cheap to travel.

Also if you will be renting a car it is very easy to find parking around the area making it perfect for both short and longer term rentals.

Very important notes before booking:

1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS APP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
