It has a cozy seating area, a large bedroom and a well-equipped modern kitchen. There is a sofabed for two persons and the property has an beautiful location, giving you superb views of the Grand Market of Antwerp. The apartment is one big open space ( no door between the bedroom and the living room) and is located in the bustling city center of Antwerp at the "Grote Markt", this is the ideal place to visit the lively metropole!
Please take into account that there is no elevator in the building and that this historical house is kept as authentic as possible which includes the typical steep stairs! Guests have the entire accommodation to themselves.
The owner provides high-quality bed and bath linen, which is included in the total reservation price upon confirmation. Upon arrival, all beds will be professionally prepared with hotel-quality linen. The bedrooms will also have soft bath linen sets that include one small and one big towel per person per reservation. Extra bed and bath linen can be ordered separately after your reservation confirmation.

KITCHEN ESSENTIALS:
The owner does provide a few kitchen essentials that will cover the first few days of your stay. This includes standard essentials such as coffee cups, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt & pepper, hand soap, dish detergent, one kitchen towel, cloth and sponge, one roll of kitchen paper, and one garbage bag. We also provide a few dishwasher tablets if a dishwasher is available.
HYGIENE ESSENTIALS:
The owner does provide a few hygiene essentials that will cover the first few days of your stay. This includes luxurious bathroom essentials such as shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. Toilet paper is also provided in the toilets.
CLEANING:
The accommodation has been professionally cleaned and prepared. After your check-out, the cleaning and inspection of the accommodation are included in the price. However, we do ask all guests to leave the accommodation in a tidy state to respect our hard-working cleaning colleagues.
INSPECTIONS:
The accommodation has been inspected as well as possible after previous guests' check-out and will be again inspected after your check-out.
MAINTENANCE:
