Knelle Lodge is a large Edwardian House overlooking Saunton Sands, a very popular beach with both families and surfers. Miles of golden sand, vast dunes and the sea are minutes walk away. Apartment 2 occupying the whole of the first floor has lovely windows making the most of the stunning views. It is very spacious and comfortably sleeps 4; a great Apartment for a small family or a small group of friends.
The Kitchen is large with a good sized Dining Table and plenty of preparation space. It's well equipped with good quality appliances including Lavazza coffee machine and Ruark radio.
Connected to the Kitchen, the Sitting Room is very comfortable and benefits from a huge Bay Window. Light streams into both the Kitchen and the Sitting Room. Please note that the fireplace is non working.
Along a little corridor are 2 bedrooms. To the front is The Master Bedroom, slightly larger than Bedroom 2 and with a lovely Seaview. Bedroom 2 looks out towards the Dunes. The views are wonderful whichever direction you face! Both bedrooms have high quality Superking Zip and Link Beds. PLEASE REQUEST AT TIME OF BOOKING TWIN OR DOUBLE BED. Both bedrooms have black out blinds and curtains.
Storage: secure outside storage for wetsuits, surfboards and bicycles (n.b shared between all 4 Apartments).
Outside Shower shared between Apartments 1, 2 & 3.
Parking: Private Off Street Parking shared between all 4 apartments; Apartment 2 has 2 spaces.

Garden access:
The top Terrace is exclusively for use by guests in Apartment 1.
The 2 lower Terraces are for shared use between all 4 Apartments.
There is a Sunken Trampoline on the lowest Terrace. Please ensure that you read the Safety Notice located in the Apartment before using. Use is at your own risk.
