On entering Landlord's Cottage you will delight in its period charm, seamlessly blending with stylish modern furnishings and traditional finishing touches. The bright and airy sitting room with dining area is dominated by a beautiful inglenook fire place with a wood burning stove, ideal for snuggling up to on winter's evenings after a day exploring Somerset and Devon. Wander through to the snug and relax with a good book, or, in a nod to its heritage, take a seat at the bar and raise a glass where part of the original bar remains. The galley kitchen has been fully fitted with all the modern features needed to create a stunning celebration meal or a simple breakfast, with a rear door leading to a small, private courtyard and wooden stairs to the main garden area. One of the family bathroom's is also situated on the ground floor along with a shower and utility room.
Upstairs are two tastefully furnished bedrooms and a further family bathroom. Bedroom one, in the oldest part of the cottage, has a comfortable king-size bed and boasts beautiful views across the village; bedroom two enjoys a super-king size bed which can be separated into two full-size single beds if required.
Outside, the private garden offers guests uninterrupted views across the Somerset countryside whilst relaxing in the garden enjoying an al-fresco meal, complete with sun loungers and a gas barbecue.
