Nice holiday home in scenic surroundings right by the lake Songevannet and with private shore. Perfect for a family holiday. Several terraces with views over the water. Boat for rent. On the grounds of the holiday home, there is a well-equipped playhouse with a slide for the children. On the terraces, you can relax and enjoy the sun and the view. Right by the house, you can swim directly from the water's edge and on the shared beach right next to the house, where you also find a a diving board and barbecue area. The house has a well-equipped kitchen. Large living room with TV and exit to covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Also on the ground floor is a toilet room, a laundry room with shower and a family bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed for two children (165 cm x 165 cm) as well as a small bunk bed suitable for a child under 12 years of age. If you are several adults, a single bed can be set up on the first floor, where there is a bedroom with TV, double bed and two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a small kitchen. Boat with 30 HP outboard motor for rent for exciting boat and fishing trips (brackish water). If you were born after 1 January 1980, you need a boat driver's license. Possibility of salmon fishing in the river Storelva, approximately 4 km away. Only 7.5 km to Tvedestrand, a southern town with cozy streets and a nice harbor area. Tvedestrand offers many different events and festivals. A visit to the Næs Verk Iron Works Museum only 15 km away with tours of the Solberg mine is also recommended. For the little ones, we recommend a trip to The Little Zoo at Brokeland Heia, 17 km away.
