The Space:
The property features a stunning open plan living space with flagstone floors, cosy log burner as well as a bespoke kitchen made by local craftsmen Hout. The space is ideal for a cosy night in, or perhaps dinner with friends staying locally to sample the fine foodie delights that Cumbria has to offer.
The master bedroom with huge vaulted ceiling provides a dramatic backdrop to the warm tones and soft linens for the ultimate relaxation. The master bathroom has a large rainfall shower as well as huge bath tub to rest those weary legs after a day on the fells, why book a hotel when you can have hotel quality in home from home, right?
The patio space is just right for an al fresco breakfast, morning coffee or a calming evening drink. with beautiful views across the surrounding countryside, there's no better place to see the sun go down and watch the magical stars shine bright.

Guest's are able to use the whole property throughout their stay - a private parking space is also available for one vehicle.

Located in the Stunning Lyth Valley - with some of the areas renowned restaurants and pubs on the doorstep, the black Labrador is a must! A perfect location for a quiet and serene retreat whilst exploring the Lake District and is only a 15 minute drive to Windermere, England's Largest Lake and considered the heart of the Lake District National Park.

Public transport is limited in this area so we recommend travelling by car.

We live off site but are available 24/7 should you need anything during your stay at all.
