Villa Kerkis is set in a complex of private villas located in the peaceful village of Loutra. Surrounded by trees in a peaceful area this villa is ideal for 6 guests, families, group of friends or couples that need a relaxing stay!

Entering the villa on the ground floor, in the common space you will find a living-dining area. A large dining table stands next to a fireplace along with a flat satellite smart TV where you can enjoy your meals and watch your favorite TV channels or listen to music! Right next to that there is a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, dishwasher, kettle, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, microwave etc.) and everything you need to prepare your meals. The is also a WC on the ground floor.

Getting out in the terrace, there is the BBQ area and shaded dining area next to the pool! The outdoor area consists of an enclosed grass garden with flowers and trees and a private pool situated for your moment of relaxation and refreshment! The pool is equipped with comfortable sun beds for all guests.

The villa features three bedrooms located on the first floor. There is a master bedroom with a double bed with balcony access and views to the swimming pool and the Aegean sea. Next to that there is one more bedroom with twin beds and the same characteristics. Just opposite of these rooms, there is one more bedroom with twin beds and an ensuite bathroom.
Another full bathroom is on the first floor to serve for the rest bedrooms.
