The bedrooms consist of a second-floor king-size, and two ground-floor twins, one with a Freeview TV and DVD player, serviced by a ground-floor shower room, and a second-floor bathroom. Outside there is a balcony with furniture, a rear terraced garden with lawn, patio, and picnic bench, and a private driveway for two cars. This is a pet-free and smoke-free property. Together with several bars, eateries, and cafés, there are many stores that cater to tourists. There are also options for golfers as there is a course just outside the village and horse-riding facilities are also available nearby. Watersports fans can enjoy a variety of activities, including dinghy sailing, water skiing, and windsurfing, in addition to the world-famous surfing at Port Neigwl (Hell's Mouth).
