750 meters as the crow flies from the beautiful Campus beach. Free parking in the condominium. Barbecue and heated outdoor shower. Free unlimited Wi-Fi for our guests. The house has a garden of about 150 square meters, well-kept and embellished with numerous tree species. The spacious external veranda with a 6-seater table and the living room with an internal 6-seater dining table for your lunches and dinners at home. The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, electric oven, fridge and freezer, gas hob and all useful accessories such as crockery, pots, etc.

EXCLUDED FEES: - € 15 per person are required in cash at check-in to have bed linen and bathroom towels provided - electricity consumption is included up to 70 kw per week this flat rate is sufficient to make effective use of the systems and air conditioning

Unlimited free Wi-Fi and 40" LED TV to be able to connect even on vacation. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. Two more bed places are available thanks to the double bed in the basement room, air conditioned and with a window onto the light well. Both the living room and the two bedrooms communicate with the courtyard through French windows. Air conditioning and heating are guaranteed by split air conditioners. Mosquito nets available both in the bedrooms and in the bathrooms.

Access to the spaces of the house - parking - supply of bed linen and bath towels: The external spaces, all the spaces on the ground floor, and the room with the double bed in the basement are for the exclusive use of our guests. In the basement there are 3 other rooms that will always be kept closed where we store our personal effects and are not accessible. Our guests can park their vehicle, not inside the garden (to avoid damaging the lawn) but in the condominium parking lots a few steps from the house visible in photo n° 51.

DISTRICT and LOCATION: We are located in the Cruccuris district, a quiet condominium near the Campus beach. The street where we are: Via dei Melograni, is not affected by road traffic, as it is used only by residents to access homes. A well-stocked mini market, an excellent pizzeria and a romantic seafront restaurant within 1km of the house. Guests can also reach the village of Villasimius in just 3 minutes by car (1.5km). The town is very lively and has all the services. Impossible to get bored, thanks to the numerous restaurants, wine bars, night clubs and the shopping street, Sardinian handicrafts and traditional food shops. The country, inhabited by locals all year round, offers all the services to enjoy a holiday full of fun, nightlife and seaside and recreational activities.

ACTIVITIES AND SPORTS: in addition to bathing which can be done both on the free beach and in equipped lidos on various beautiful beaches in the surrounding area, the area offers countless possibilities for lovers of various sports: biking - dinghy rental, yachting, scuba diving activities inside of the Marine Protected Area – Tanka Golf Club - horse riding – shopping and food and wine tours.
