About 12 km from Syracuse there is the small town of Floridia, located at 109 m over sea level. Floridia was founded in 1628 and has today a population of about 20.000 resident. A blooming and peaceful countryside surrounds the town, allowing a relaxing holiday in a Mediterranean landscape. For all them who still are looking for the waves of the seaside, will find the sandy beach of Fontane Bianche and beautiful rocky beaches at less then 20 km from Floridia.

This detached house with private pool, surrounded by a garden with Mediterranean vegetation and olive groves, is located inside a plot of about 27,000 square meters on a beautiful hillside overlooking the surrounding countryside, Siracusa and the sea. Floridia with shops of all kind and restaurants is just 3 km away from the house.

Comfortable parking lot inside the property. For the duration of the stay, a rental car is recommended.

Who is looking for a typical Sicilian ambience, will find it here and can live out his ideal. A hilly landscape offering enchanting views, fresh air in the evening, olive groves, orange trees, Mediterranean vegetation, sometimes partially untamed … you will find all this here.

A veranda surrounds the house and allows to enjoy breakfast or dinner outdoors. Right in front of the kitchen is a covered barbecue area.

A large beautiful private pool (01/05 - 30/09 opened) located on the backside of the house is available, as well as the whole property, for guests' private use. Barbecue and garden furniture available.

If you leave the kitchen not cleaned (dishes washed and tided up, garbage thrown away, sink and kitchen furniture cleaned up) 50 € are required for this extra cleaning.

Ideal for all those who want to enjoy a scenic atmosphere without giving up the conveniences of the city. Floridia with all its shops is only three minutes away by car, the sandy beach of Fontane Bianche and the attractions of Siracusa are at about 20 minutes.
Villa Gabriele offers on one floor a spacious living area of about 100 square meters with functional furnishings for six people.

Through the front door you reach an open-space living room with sofas, fireplace, stove, flat screen TV and dining table.

The kitchen has a 4-flame gas cooker, an electric oven, microwave and toaster. Cooking here is particularly enjoyable thanks to the window with views of the landscape with pool. Very comfortable is the access to the veranda with barbecue and to other outdoor spaces directly from the kitchen.

From the living room you reach the three bedrooms of the house, all overlooking the garden and the countryside: a double bedroom with air conditioning, another double and a bedroom with two single beds. A bathroom with shower / WC. A washing machine, a portable crib and a high chair are available.
