An apartment located just 10 minutes walk from the best beaches in Rota.
The house has a kitchenette, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, coffee maker, juicer, kettle, toaster, dishes, all the necessary kitchen utensils to prepare the most spectacular dishes and a ceiling fan in each room.
It also has a bedroom with a double bed and a large built-in wardrobe and a bedroom with a bunk bed with two single beds and a built-in wardrobe where rest is guaranteed.
You don't have to worry about towels and sheets when you come. The beds will be made. In the house you will also find an iron for clothes, a crib and crib clothes (if you notify us in advance).

🆔📄Guests must show a valid identity document and sign a tourist lease upon check-in (according to Decree 28/2016 of the Junta de Andalucía on Housing for Tourist Purposes).

🔑 For the delivery of keys we will offer you a contact telephone number when confirming the reservation. If key collection takes place after 10:00 p.m., there will be a supplement of €25 that must be paid in cash upon arrival at the accommodation, check the conditions with the host before your arrival.

Upon your arrival, a deposit of €250 will be requested to be paid by credit card.
