The Space:
- 2 spacious bedrooms that can be set up with twin or a king bed in each.

- Open space Living room with a comfortable single or double sofa bed, with an optional extra single bed.

- Well equipped kitchen with appliances including a dish washer, washer-dryer and a nespresso machine with capsules.

- Balcony over looking a beautiful garden with outdoor furniture.

- Modern and cosy bathroom with a shower over the bath.

- Work station with a desk.

The homes feel cosy and warm as heating to all apartments is via an Air Source heat Pump- that saves money on your energy bills whilst lowering carbon footprint. A MVHR (Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery) has also been installed in each apartment, which provides fresh filtered air into the home whilst retaining most of the energy that has already been used in heating the building- making the home even more energy efficient. Also keeping the heat in with the aluminum double glazed contemporary style sash windows.

This property is amazing all year round for a visit to buzzing London.

Quiet residential neighbourhood, very close to the centre of Ealing. Located near Ealing Broadway and a short walk to the Underground (District, Central lines), trains and buses. 20 mins by tube to Central London & Heathrow.
Close to Ealing Studios, Wembley Stadium, University of West London, GSK, Kew Gardens.

Known as ‘Queen of the suburbs’, the Borough of Ealing is beautiful, interesting and hugely multicultural. While nearby Acton and Chiswick have a villagey feel, Ealing itself is slightly more urban, in part due to Ealing Broadway and its shopping centre. Still, there’s a lot of leafy greenery to be enjoyed in both Gunnersbury Park and Walpole Park, the latter of which is also the home of the Pitzhanger Manor House & Gallery. If you get peckish, check out local Polish favourite Café Grove for delicious, authentic Eastern European flavours, or pop into one of the area’s other restaurants. All that eating is thirsty work, and the area boasts numerous pubs where you can rest up and grab a drink, too.
Loads to do for all tastes, from outdoors adventures for urban city explorers to total isolation for those who prefer the homely and the comfy!
