The sea is about a 50 minute drive away, at Gruissan/Narbonne. The ski slopes of Font Romeu and the Pyrenees are also a 1 hour drive from the holiday villa. Everything in the house is on the ground floor and the private swimming pool was newly installed in 2023. In addition to three comfortable bedrooms, there is a studio with space for 1 person, accessible from the outside. Carcassonne Airport is 25 km from the holiday home.
