Villa San Martino offers accommodation for up to seven people and is located in San Martino della Battaglia, a popular resort in Desenzano del Garda, a short distance from the renowned Lake Garda.
Located in a very quiet area, this villa offers private parking for up to three vehicles, in case you are travelling with your own vehicle, an enclosed garden and a private swimming pool.

The house has every comfort and accessory necessary to make your stay on the lake unforgettable. The house has three floors; on the ground floor there is a large living area with TV, dining table and a kitchen, fully equipped and available for guests who like to indulge in cooking. On the same floor is the first bathroom with shower.

On the upper, attic floor are the two main bedrooms, both with double beds, and a second bathroom with shower cubicle. From here one can access the private terrace, ideal for cool summer evenings.

In the basement, instead, we find the last room with a double bed, a single sofa bed and direct access to a last private bathroom.

Outside, guests can enjoy a beautiful swimming pool and a completely private and fenced garden. A BBQ is also available.
