The house inside is composed by 3 double bedrooms, one of which is a mezzanine open onto the living room, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, a utility room, sea sight living room and an open kitchenette with oven and dishwasher, plus all the useful accessories. Outside, the veranda with a splendid sea view houses a table with 6 seats, a small courtyard with 2 sun loungers for relaxing in the open air, a service area with a hot outdoor shower, a barbecue and a washing machine. Unlimited free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, TV and other comforts make the house a perfect place to rest and enjoy the natural beauty and flavors of Sardinia. Our house is not huge (about 80 square meters indoor), but we have carefully studied every space, and furnished it with high quality custom-made furniture. You will also find some of my favorite paintings :)

It is very comfortable for groups of 5 people but can also accommodate up to 6 adults. Casa Flaminia is perfect for children, as it is equipped with crib, stairs safety gates, high chair, colored plates and cutlery, beach toys and other details designed for the youngest.

Casa Flaminia is located a few minutes from Villasimius, one of the few touristic localities accessible even in the low season thanks to the presence of the inhabited village and its services open throughout the year. During the summer, Villasimius is one of the most sought-after tourist destinations on the island, thanks to its beautiful beaches, Sardinian food and wine, and nightlife. Our house stays away from the noisy village center so it is the ideal place for those seeking peace. We are surrounded by nature and our veranda offers a beautiful sea view. The beach near the house, due to the natural tidal flow effect , hosts the Mediterranean Poseidonia. Few know that the presence of this algae is a symptom of the well-being of the marine ecosystem. For the same reason, the beach of Porto Luna is not crowded and reserved by large tourist flows, which is why we love it very much. On foot it is also possible to follow the nature trail that leads to the magnificent beach of Punta Molentis. With very short trips (1-2-3 minutes by car) you can reach all the other beautiful beaches of Villasimius, many of which are also equipped with services such as umbrella and sunbed rental, water sports, kiosks
