Villa Flower is located in Binibeca Vell, just 2-minute walk from the well-known fishing village and 10 minutes from Binibeca beach. Sant Lluís, where you will find all local amenities (bank, supermarket, pharmacy, etc) is approximately a 7-minute drive away, while the island’s capital Mahón and other south coast beaches can be reached within 10 minutes by car. The ride from the airport to the property takes 15 minutes.

The villa is equipped with comfortable furniture and it develops on one level although there are some interior steps.
There is the lounge (reachable via 4 steps from the dining area), dining area, kitchen, 1 double bedroom with en-suite full bathroom and access to the garden, 2 twin bedrooms and 1 full bathroom.

Connected to the dining area there is a covered porch furnished with table and chairs for al fresco dining and outside the lounge are garden sofas for relaxing next to the pool area.
Finally, there is the swimming pool (8m x 5m) that is surrounded by a private and spacious garden with flowers, shrubs and an artificial lawn area furnished with sun beds.

Neighborhood and surroundings

Rental rules:
A 30% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation; the final balance is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.

Check-in: from 14:00; Checkout from 10:00 am.
