This beautiful villa was refurnished for 2023, including new kitchen and appliances. All the flors were newly tiled, new Mitsubishi air conditioning units and some new furniture, beds, lights, lamps, curtain etc.

In 2024 the villa has had more improvements, the pool has been re grouted and astro turf laid around the pool, new pool towels, lanterns added for a lovely ambiance in the evenings.

The villa is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath villa which we are offering for rent as a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom villa (sleeping a maximum of 4 people) at a reduced rate. The third bedroom will not be used by anyone. The price has been adjusted as a 2 bedroom.

The villa has a fabulous view in a peaceful location. The pool area has 6 sun loungers and 3 parasols, a great al fresco dining under a lovely gazebo for the all important shade.

There is a gas BBQ and paellla making facilities provided along with a outside fridge for the all important cool drink.

The pool and terrace can be lit at night, making the most of the wonderful warm evenings.

The villa is very well equipped with new kitchen and many appliances including new oven, hob, extractor, fridge / freezer, and full size dishwasher. There are lots of extras in this villa including air fryer, Nespresso coffee machine, milk frother, slow cooker, new large pool towels, hair dryers, lots of wooden hangers and a safe. It has plenty of crockery and glasses for all types of drinks.

The 2 bedrooms comprise of a twin room which can be prepared as a super king bed and a double bedroom. Both share the stunning bathroom with large walk in shower.

The living room is comfortable and bright. A smart TV with amazon fire stick means you can watch TV in your chosen language and if you have a Netflix account you can watch your favourite programs.

The villa has the all important internet and wi-fi. It has been freshly painted for 2023 and is in perfect condition.

The views from the villa and pool are stunning and a perfect location for a romantic get away for a couple or perfect for a small family.

We the owners live close by and are on hand to recommend restaurants or in case of any problems. The villa has been rented for 24 years and is loved by all have have stayed there.

This beautiful villa is really a home from home, with all the little extras you have at home but do not expect to see in a rental villa.

It is often booked by repeat guests, some who have stayed at the villa for almost 10 years, which is a great recommendation.
