The apartment 023059-LOC-01263 is located nearly 300 mt from the centre and the harbour of Peschiera del Garda with its restaurants and shops.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a Residence in a very quiet area.

LIVING SPACES and KITCHEN
The apartment consists of two floors.
On the first one, you will find a bright living room with a grey sofa, a flat-screen satellite TV, and a dining table for 4. The kitchen is open up to the living area and is fully equipped with a red SMEG refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and all you need to have your breakfast or lunch on the large balcony nearby.

ROOMS AND BATHROOMS
At this level, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a French window directly open on the second balcony.. One bathroom with a shower and a washing machine completes this flour. The room on the first floor has also a double bed and a big wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a shower.
Both bedrooms are airconditioned and we have free-wifi.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES
The balcony outside the kitchen is equipped with a wooden table for 4, where you can enjoy your breakfast or dinner.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
Lake Garda, located in North Italy, is a vacation destination year-round. Visitors can surf, sail, and swim in the crystal clear lake, the largest in Italy.
Peschiera del Garda is one of the most known towns of the lake and it’s easily accessible by car and by train. The train station is near the centre.
The town is of Roman origin, but its town planning was changed in medieval times when building the defensive fortifications diverted the course of the Mincio, creating three different branches of exit from the lake that meet south of the historic centre.
The characteristic impregnable fortress was built, which made Peschiera a strategic place for military defence and trade both during the Republic of Venice and during Austrian rule.
Inside the Fortezza is enclosed the characteristic star-shaped old town.

The Gardaland Resort, a theme park with many attractions like Legoland, Sealife Aquarium, and Jumanji - the Adventure, is about 20 km away.
Verona is 30 km away and Venice and Milano are nearly 150 km away.
Many guests also take advantage of our beautiful Mincio or Lakesite road for hiking and biking.
