Bedroom 2 is a large double bedroom with a double bed and a sofa-bed (suitable for 1 or 2 small children). This bedroom also enjoys sea views.
Bedroom 3 is a double bedroom with a double bed and views of the Caha mountains.
Bedroom 4 is a ground floor bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to a private patio area, all of which are wheelchair accessible and enjoy stunning sea views.

This is also a great house for children – they will love exploring it and will have lots of room to play indoors and outdoors with toys, books and board games available.
Where wheelchair accessibility is required, there is a beautifully designed ground floor double bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom. From this bedroom there are wide double French doors that provide access to a large patio with scenic views of Bere Island and Bantry Bay.
Wheelchair access in to the house is via a ramp with wide double-door access to the Sun Room.

Externally, there is ample car parking for several cars. There is a large playing area/field next to the house and with the vehicle gates closed, this is fully fenced in. During some times of the year sheep are present in the field immediately below the house which is interesting for young children.
The house is just 3km from Castletownbere, the largest fishing port in Ireland. Castletownbere is well served with supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and pubs and is on the famous Wild Atlantic Way.
The location is great as a base for exploring the whole Beara peninsular with the towns and villages of Allihies, Eyeries, Glengarriff and Kenmare all worth visiting in addition to Castletownbere.
