Die freigelegten Backsteinmauern geben diesem Apartment seinen besonderen Charme. Er befindet sich in einer der angesagtesten und vielseitigsten Kieze Berlins und ist sehr beliebt bei Paaren, Freunden, Familien und Geschäftsreisenden.

Die U-Bahn (U8 & U7) ist nur eine 1 min. entfernt. Restaurants, Cafés und Bars, aber auch der beliebte Landwehrkanal, ein großer Park, Supermärkte, Parkplätze und die East Side Gallery sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Im Februar 2019 wurde alles frisch renoviert. Das gesamte Loft steht Dir wie beschrieben zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung.

Im hinteren Bereich der Wohnung gibt einen direkten Zugang zum Hinterhof, der aufgrund früherer Lärmbeschwerden nicht genutzt werden kann. Da sich die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss befindet, kannst Du aber direkt vor die Eingangstür gehen, um frische Luft schnappen oder zu rauchen.

Kreuzkoelln ist eine der beliebtesten und hippesten Gegenden Berlins. Sie ist geprägt von zahlreichen Cafés, Restaurants, Bars und Clubs. In wenigen Gehminuten findest Du ebenfalls den riesigen Park Hasenheide, einen Flohmarkt und den Landwehrkanal. Ihr habt es auch nicht weit zu zahlreichen Berliner Clubs.

Im Karstadt auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite könnt ihr hervorragend einkaufen. Edeka und Aldi, DM und 2 Apotheken sind ebenfalls in 3 min. Laufweite.

Direkt vor der Tür findet ihr die Haltestelle ‘Hermannplatz’. Dort findet ihr Anschluss an:

Direkte Verbindung mit dem Bus M41 (ca. 40 min)

Schnellste Verbindung mit dem Bus X7 nach Rudow, dann auf die U7 zum Hermannplatz (Richtung ‘Rathaus Spandau’ ca 50min)

FAHRRAD VERLEIH
Ich empfehle 'Glücksvelo' in der Pannierstraße 53a (ca. 10 min laufen)

When you get to the house entrance of no. 88, you'll see a glass front on your right with a glass door (not the car rental, but next to that). You'll see a white "Master Lock" lockbox. Pull down the keypad window and enter the code sent in the checkin message two days before arrival to open the lock.

NOISE
Please make sure to close the shutters after 22:00. It will help keep in any noise. Make sure to close the shutters slowly.

SLEEPER COUCH
Simply grab the bottom part of the couch and pull forward to open it. To close, grab the upper third from the side and pull up. You'll find the bedding in the living room closet. The mattress is already covered.

HEATING
Heating can be regulated centrally and in each room. The central heating is a digital display on the wall in the dining room. It defines the maximum temperature for all rooms at once. The individual temperature can be regulated at the heaters themselves.

LIGHTS
Apart from the light switches on the wall, the living, dining and downstairs room have a remote to switch the lights. Each remote has a button labeled "G" to switch them all at once.

The dining room has an extra switch for a very bright light on the right of the white cupboard.

GARBAGE
Please recycle the garbage according to the instructions on the bin.

DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM
Please don't move the wall behind the big curtain. The back room is used for storage and is still being renovated.

KITCHEN
Help yourself to coffee, tea or any of the ingredients.

To make coffee, srcew open the coffee makers and take out the filter. Fill the bottom with water up to the small nob on the side. Put the filter back on and fill it almost to the top with coffee. Screw the top back on. Place it on the stove until it boils and the coffee fills up the top part. Best coffee maker ever!

You'll find toilet paper under the sink. Feel free to use any of the toiletries.
