The bedroom

Perfect place to relax after a long day. It features a comfortable double bed with soft linens and plush pillows that will guarantee a peaceful night's sleep. It includes a spacious closet with ample storage space for your belongings. A stylish floor lamp provides soft, warm lighting for a relaxing ambiance, while a table and chair offer a functional workspace or vanity area. The royal blue color theme adds a touch of elegance and sophistication to the room, with matching cushions that provide extra comfort and style.

Living/Kitchen and Dining Area

Whether you're looking to relax on the sofa or cook a delicious meal, our living area has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The Bathroom
Designed for both style and functionality. The shower provides a relaxing and invigorating experience, while the sink provides enough space for the toiletries, I prepared for you. A mirror adds a touch of elegance and practicality to the room, perfect for getting ready in the morning. The sleek and simple design creates a clean and contemporary atmosphere.



I want to make sure you have a pleasant, hassle-free stay! To ensure you have the best experience possible and to maintain the property and the good relationship with the community, here are additional house rules:

• Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is £150

• Any type of illegal activity is strictly prohibited

• Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is £250 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted

• A refundable security deposit of £500 will be pre-authorized and this will be refunded after check-out. Alternatively, you may opt to pay a non-refundable £35 damage waiver fee in lieu of the security deposit. This is via the verification platform SuperHog.
