Villa Gemini II. with pool and rooftop terrace

Villa Gemini II. is a villa, located in Srima, a tourist village right next to the tourist town of Vodice, and only 15 km away from the beautiful and charming town of Šibenik. As the name implies, it is a sister villa, semi-detached from it`s twin, so both villas can be rented together because they are divided by walls and doors that can be locked on both the ground floor and the rooftop terrace.

Gemini I. features three floors. On the ground floor there is an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen, as well as 1 bedroom and a bathroom. The ground floor has an exit to the terrace and the pool area equipped with sun loungers, sun shade and a hand-crafted BBQ made by the homeowner himself.

On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a terrace. Continuing up the indoor staircase, crafted and installed with amazing decorative and light features, you arrive on the rooftop terrace. It is partially covered, and provides an amazing space for spending time doing your morning and evening rituals and also – making memories. The terrace also features a small kitchenette.

The Villa is fully air-conditioned, but also has floor heating throughout. It offers Wi-Fi coverage and parking spaces on the fully fenced property. Pets are not allowed.
